Microsoft Cloud Planning serves as the core planning function within CSCP, concentrating on forecasting, demand planning, and hardware planning for all Microsoft Cloud services and associated hardware. As a Director - Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for driving alignment with executive functional stakeholders across CSCP, Engineering Groups, and Finance. As a Director, Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the IBP/S&OP monthly process to deliver business results by driving strategic direction across Business Priorities, Financial Goals, and Operations.
• Lead the Executive IBP monthly alignment with cross-functional senior management (CVP level).
• Ensure alignment and synergy across New Product Development, Finance, Demand, Capacity Planning, Supply.
• Drive alignment between the Capacity Plan and CapEx/Financial Processes, identify and recommend tradeoff decisions to align budget.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and report on cross-functional KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of IBP process.
• Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross-functional change management to enable a best-in-class IBP process.
• Continuously improve the monthly IBP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.
