Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
across client accounts
Drive client retention and growth through high levels of
satisfaction and upselling opportunities
Lead the development of high-quality content and oversee campaign
execution and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
10+ years in account management, campaign planning, and marketing
communications, ideally in healthcare
Proven experience and understanding of healthcare markets
Advanced expertise in campaign development, planning, and
execution
Experience managing multiple client deliverables across various
projects
