Job Title: Produce Department ManagerWe are looking for a skilled Produce Department Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our produce department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to team members, working with the produce trainer to train new team members, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked display.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Delegate Tasks: Supervise and delegate tasks to produce team members to ensure efficient and effective department operations.
• Train New Team Members: Work with the produce trainer to train new team members on produce procedures and policies.
• Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked display, including opening and closing the department according to established procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by directing team members to satisfy and delight customers.Requirements:
  • Experience: 12+ months retail experience.
