As the Technology Manager, programs you will successfully manage a
portion of lululemon's Digital North America program which includes
the overall delivery and management of a $15M plus portfolio. You
will focus your time in partnering with our Product Management,
Architecture, Engineering and User Experience Teams in creating
delivery roadmaps in key areas of Digital North America and
International OMNI. In this organization you will oversee 12+ team
members and play a leadership role within the program/project
management, scrum master and business analyst community of
practice. You will work with our Directors and Managers across
Digital and OMNI to ensure we are setting up our delivery teams for
success and are working on the highest priority items at any given
time for our guests.
- Priorities from Digital North America and International OMNI
Business Leadership (VP and SVP) - Overall program delivery plan
for all initiatives in this space
- Review and contribute to product roadmaps that align features
and foundational work
- Employee Development and community of practice involvement for
key roles in the organization (BA, ScrumMaster, Project and Program
Manager)
- Key risks, dependencies and trade off requests for Sr.
Leadership consideration/decisions
- Create program level roadmap for Digital North America and OMNI
International which consists of aligned roadmaps across program
areas
- Manage program level risks and dependencies to ensure overall
success and predictability of program.
- Help lead quarterly planning where our Digital North America
program roles up to our annual plan
- Help work with India location team to help set up cross region
delivery teams a day in the life
- Manage the delivery of strategic initiatives such as SFS
International, OMS platform, OMNI initiatives including Estimated
Delivery Date, Pick Pack and Ship, Buy Online Pick up at
Store.
- Responsible for managing work on the global platform working
across departments including Retail, International, Data Center,
Supply Chain.
- Accountable for managing key strategic high spend vendors such
as Blue Yonder ($6M) and IBM ($2M), and multiple resourcing vendors
as we expand our sourcing and fulfillment capabilities.
- In control of hiring, transfer, release of delivery resources
including both FTE and contractors.
- Creates/manages partnership with business teams and IT teams to
ensure consistent alignment
- Responsible for overall labor strategy for BA, ScrumMaster,
Project and Program Management roles across program (Internal and
External)
- Lead and develop a team of 8+ direct reports
- Manages $15M plus budget which includes capex and opex
activities
- Supports quarterly planning activities for the program
area
- Coordinates project/program estimates from product and project
teams for key initiatives and quarterly deliverables
- Advises on project and product delivery methodologies across
program, in partnership with other delivery leaders across Product
and Technology
- Advises Product Managers and Technology Managers on depth and
breadth of Product Roadmap
- Coordinates IT Steering for all work within the program
area
- Supports prioritization by providing input to Sr. Leadership on
timeline, sequencing and costs. qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years of related experience
- 5 + years' experience in project management or business analyst
role
- 3 + years' experience as a Program Manager, managing medium to
large projects
- 3+ years' experience managing people
- 5+ years' experience working in an agile environment
- 2+ years' experience working with Sterling Order Management
System
- Demonstrated experience managing $3M-$5M+ financial
portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing a technology portfolio
- Demonstrated experience managing projects using various
delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile and Kanban must
haves

individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position in Washington is from $166,200-$218,200 annually; the base
pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
