Job Description:

Wage: $42 to $60+ Depending on experience Judson Park has been named one of the Best Nursing Homes of by U.S. News and World Report! The RN Care Manager has 24-hour accountability for the care of all residents assigned to his/her units. The RCM's name will appear on the residents' medical record and on the care plan. The RCM collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to develop and maintain the highest quality of nursing care for his/her assigned residents. The RCM works under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. REQUIREMENTS Education

• Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN) and current state license
• BSN preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience Experience/Training
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years professional managerial experience in related field
  • 2 years case management experience
  • Clinical observation and assessment skills
  • Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    • Current RN license
