Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Reliable transportation - Oasis experience Job Description: - Home Health RN for specified region and surrounding areas - Backfill position, starting as soon as possible - Day shift of 8 hours; facility cannot accommodate alternative shifts like 4x10s or 3x12s - Patient ratios are 1:1, expecting up to 6 patient visits per day with a standard of 30 productivity points - Weekend work not required - On-call duties are not required - No floating required between units - Not open to block schedules - Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius - Traveler is responsible for providing communication devices unless supplied by the facility - Modules required are non-billable, averaging 16 hours with pre-start and annual completion - Orientation involves 40 non-billable hours - The facility uses EPIC for charting - Free parking - Mileage reimbursement provided as per IRS standards
