We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product
strategy and execution for our Demand Side Platform (DSP). In this
role, you will focus on enhancing our ad tech offerings, leveraging
advanced audience targeting, machine learning systems, and
data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You will
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable,
innovative solutions for advertisers and agencies. This position is
ideal for a seasoned product manager with deep experience in ad
tech, handling identity data, and managing machine learning-based
systems.Job Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product vision,
strategy, and roadmap for our DSP platform, focusing on leveraging
identity data and machine learning systems to optimize targeting,
bidding, and campaign performance.
- Ad Tech Identity & Addressability: Stay on top and guide the
evolution of addressability and understand its role in audience
segmentation and targeting within a privacy-first ad tech
landscape. Drive product features that enhance user matching and ID
management.
- Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data science and
engineering teams to manage and scale machine learning systems that
drive predictive models, optimization algorithms, and real-time
bidding strategies. Ensure that ML-driven enhancements improve
campaign efficiency and ROI for clients.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use SQL and data analysis tools to
analyze campaign performance and identify trends. Generate
actionable insights that improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as CPA, ROI, and viewability.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Partner with engineering, data
science, and sales teams to deliver innovative DSP features. Align
cross-functional teams on product goals and ensure timely execution
of the product roadmap.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for
key clients and agencies, ensuring their needs are understood and
incorporated into the product strategy. Gather feedback to inform
product iterations that drive value and retention.
- Storytelling Through Data: Use your expertise in data to build
compelling narratives that explain product performance,
optimization strategies, and future enhancements to stakeholders.
Communicate data-driven insights to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on the latest
trends in ad tech, identity resolution, machine learning, and
privacy regulations. Use this knowledge to inform the product
roadmap and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ownership of Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product
lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and
optimization. Ensure that product features deliver value to
clients, focusing on improving campaign performance and operational
efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the needs of
advertisers and agencies by continuously refining the product to
meet their evolving demands. Ensure that features align with
business objectives and market demands.Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or
equivalent experience. (Required)Work Experience:
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product management,
with at least 5 years in ad tech, marketplace, or other
data-driven, technical domains.
- Ad Tech Identity & Data Expertise: Experience working with ad
tech identity solutions such as MAIDs, cookies, IDFVs, and other
identifiers. Deep understanding of how identity data drives
audience targeting and attribution in a privacy-conscious
environment.
- Machine Learning & Data Skills: Proven experience working with
or managing products that incorporate machine learning systems for
optimization and predictive modeling. Strong SQL skills and comfort
working with large datasets to inform product decisions.
- Analytical & Strategic: Ability to think strategically and back
decisions with data-driven insights. Strong problem-solving skills
and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work with
technical, sales, and operations teams to align product goals and
deliver successful outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical
concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer success and the
ability to translate client feedback into impactful product
features.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or other programmatic ad
tech platforms.
- Familiarity with real-time bidding (RTB), audience
segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA,
and how they impact identity data and machine learning in

general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
