Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a web developer, or a similar role
- Experience building scalable, rich, usable web applications
- Experience diagnosing and debugging complex web systems and applications
- Experience and passion for modern web development technologies, methodologies, and techniques: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript / jQuery, AJAX, Node.js, etc
- Familiarity with a back-end scripting language, such as PHP, Ruby, or Perl
- Familiarity with software build systems and code management technologies (such as git)
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Endless curiosity and drive to learn, improve, and try out the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Experience working on teams in which they were embedded closely with UX Designers
- The ability to work and communicate productively and efficiently with business stakeholders
- A love for code, but an obsession for users
- Experience working with Agile or SCRUM development
- The ability to translate business requirements into solid, efficient, smart solutions that solve customer problems
