• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create a wide variety of pursuit and reward-based content that complements Destiny activities.
• Perform scripting and tool work.
• Design and implement sustainable content that excites and engages players.
• Tune gameplay values to create compelling moments and a satisfying progression.For Senior level candidates, in addition to the above Responsibilities, we are targeting:
• Perform advanced scripting and tool work.
• Design creative additions and improvements for existing systems and events.REQUIRED SKILLS
• Professional experience as a designer.
• Experience working with game development software and tools.
• Familiarity with reward and progression systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work as part of a large team and ability to take and provide feedback and direction appropriately.For Senior level candidates, in addition to the above Required Skills, we are targeting:
• Experience building reward and progression systems.
• Experience owning features or leading small teams.NICE-TO-HAVE SKILL
• Technical experience writing text-based scripts to manage game systems (scripting in Lua, Python, or similar language).
• Experience & understanding player motivation; knowing what drives people to engage with content.
• Experience working on games as a service/live content.Listed below are the two base pay ranges associated with this role at multiple levels. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly).This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
