Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage
equity administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administer monthly RSU grants, releases, and terminations
Help manage the ESPP Program, including enrollment and
contributions
Prepare reports and ensure SOX compliance and controls
Required Qualifications
Experience in equity administration at a publicly traded
company
Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Excel, and other office
tools
Experience with Shareworks or Equity Edge platforms is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
