Job Description:

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage customer renewals and enhance retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of renewals and secure account renewals while enhancing customer trust
Execute all phases of the renewal process, including account reviews and quote creation
Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven renewal strategies for customers

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in sales and/or customer service
Basic project management skills or experience
Proficient in Salesforce and other Customer Success tools
Ability to interface with C-Level executives and owners
