Position:Experienced Inventory Control OperatorLocation:Tacoma, WAPay:$19/hourExperience:1 year of Chery Picker, reach, and inventory experience is requiredType: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (must be available for overtime and weekends as needed)
Logic Staffing is seeking an Experienced Inventory Control Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:

• Implement and maintain inventory plans at the item and location levels for the warehouse.
• Monitor the inventory pipeline, proactively communicate issues, and develop mitigation plans for gaps.
• Collaborate with the replenishment team to execute inventory plans.
• Drive inventory and replenishment strategies to support projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in WMS planning and replenishment functions, using the system to troubleshoot issues.
• Slot inventory correctly by location and quantity.
• Report changes and challenges to support sales and financial goals.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues as they arise.
• Lead cycle counting and approve discrepancies.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
  Position Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
