Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Training
Program Manager to support the training and development of
customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training modules and materials for
implementation teams
Evaluate employee skills and performance to identify areas for
improvement
Organize and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling
and enrollment
Required Qualifications
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional
design
Ability to build relationships and partner with various
departments
Self-motivated with a desire to learn about the industry and
products
Resourcefulness in utilizing available tools and resources
Experience in creating engaging and effective training content
